The final conference of the VoiCEs project (Value of including the Children Experience for
improving their rights during hospitalization) will be held on 22nd September at the Meyer Health
Campus, jointly organised by the Sant’Anna School and the AOU Meyer.

The project, co-funded by the European Union, aims to increase the participation of children in the
evaluation and improvement of the quality of health care during hospitalisation and brings together
the academic (Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies), public health (Meyer Children’s Hospital in
Florence, BKUS Children’s University Hospital in Riga, HUS New Children’s Hospital in Helsinki,
Erasmus MC Sophia Children’s Hospital in Rotterdam) and non-profit (UNICEF Italy) sectors.
During this event, aimed at policy makers, health and social authorities, professionals and
stakeholders, participants will discuss and share the results of the implementation of the new
paediatric questionnaire in three children’s hospitals in Europe.
