The VoiCEs project has been presented during the IV IEXP (Insituto de Experiencia de Paciente) Congress, which took place at Hospital Universitario Infanta Leonor, at Madrid, on November 2.

During the session on “Patient experience and value-based healthcare“, the Assistant Professor Sabina De Rosis from Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies (Italy) talked about the experience of Laboratory of Management and Healthcare (MeS Laboratory) on the systematic and digital use of PREMs (Patient Reported Experience Measures) for quality improvement in Italian hospitals, also citing the VoiCEs project.

In particular, the VoiCEs project has been shared as a poster, and has been selected as the winner of the first prize Ex Aequo for the best communication in the competition for the 2021-2022 best patient initiative award, with the aim of giving visibility to all patient experience initiatives carried out by hospitals, patient associations, laboratories, from the technological field or from public administrations and other entities.
